Job summary

Rotterdam Innovation City is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their product and tech team in Rotterdam. You will collaborate closely with developers and a Lead UX Designer to create intuitive and clear designs for complex data interfaces.

With at least 2 years of experience and proficient Dutch and English communication skills, you will run user research and usability tests to inform your design decisions. Enjoy a hybrid working setup with a 36-hour work week, flexible vacation options, and commuting support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of UX design experience in a professional setting.
• Fluent in Dutch for daily communications with clients.
• Strong Figma skills essential for design work.

Responsibilities

• Design features and flows end-to-end while collaborating closely with the Lead UX Designer.
• Run user research, usability tests, and gather findings to inform design direction.
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers.
