Job summary

Finom is expanding its treasury function to manage liquidity, funding, and safeguarding of client funds across regulated entities in a lean, clear framework. The role blends regulatory compliance with strategic, data-driven decision making across Europe.

You will own investment policy, oversee external managers, and drive automation of treasury processes, while maintaining strong controls and reporting to auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial setting.
• Experience building or rebuilding treasury functions, not just operating within an existing one.
• Strong command of bond math, yield, duration, MMF mechanics, and credit risk at instrument level.
• Experience with regulators, external audits, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms).

Responsibilities

• Liquidity and funding: daily liquidity positioning, float management, intraday funding, and collateral obligations.
• Safeguarding and portfolio management: manage safeguarded funds, instrument eligibility and concentration monitoring.
• Governance and controls: investment policy ownership, delegated- authority registers, pre/post-trade validation.
• Systems and data: implement investment accounting and treasury tooling, data feeds, and replace manual spreadsheets.
• Commercial: manage relationships with banks, custodians, brokers, and asset managers; monitor fees and terms.
