Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Senior Treasury Back Office & Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join its Amsterdam-based treasury team. You will manage end-to-end processing, settlement, accounting and regulatory reporting for a broad range of capital markets products in a dynamic, international environment.

With 7+ years in Treasury Operations and deep regulatory knowledge, you will collaborate across Front Office, Risk, Finance and Compliance, driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Treasury Operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting treasury products and capital markets activities.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing, settlement, and accounting of treasury transactions.
• Perform trade confirmations, reconciliations, and exception handling.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to authorities.
• Monitor positions, cash flows, and accounting entries.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
