Job summary

Finom in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to oversee daily funding, settlement and reconciliation across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers.

You will design and implement money flows for new products, work with product and engineering to ensure accurate governance, and build cross‑team processes to resolve incidents quickly in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
• Builder mindset: turn manual work into automated processes with engineers.
• Escalation: handle money-impacting payment incidents with banks and schemes.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
• Funds-flow engineering and reconciliation understanding; clear money flows and controls.

Responsibilities

• Settlement and reconciliation day to day to ensure every euro is where it should be.
• Develop and document cross‑team processes to resolve incidents quickly.
• Design money flows for new products and markets with product and engineering teams.
• Document operations and automate manual work with engineering teams.
