Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of demonstrable work experience in an organisational consulting firm.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Guide organisations, teams and leaders through complex transformations.
• Develop and implement leadership development initiatives and change management programmes.
• Coach managers to become energetic, outcome‑oriented leaders.
• Introduce innovative ways of working that increase agility and future-proof organisations.
