Qualifications

What will you do as a (Senior) Business Consultant Transformation Lab at IMPROVEN?

As a Senior Consultant at TLAB, you are the driving force behind successful change processes. You guide organisations, teams and leaders through complex transformations and ensure visible, sustainable results. In this role, you combine your expertise in behavioural change and leadership development with practical solutions that prepare organisations for the future.

• Guiding cultural and organisational change: you lead processes aimed at strengthening behaviour, leadership and cooperation within teams.
• Developing teams: you help teams optimise their collaboration and deliver top performance.
• Inspiring and transforming leaders: through customised leadership programmes, you coach managers to become energetic leaders.
• Breaking ingrained patterns: you introduce new, innovative ways of working that make organisations more agile and future-proof.

• A solid theoretical foundation: you have a completed university Master’s degree, for example in (business) economics, business administration, psychology or organisational sciences.
• Experience that counts: minimum 4–6 years of demonstrable work experience in an organisational consulting firm, focusing on change management, organisational science, team development or leadership.
• Communication power: you are a connector at every level of the organisation, with a talent for communicating clearly and persuasively.
