Job summary

IMPROVEN is seeking a Senior IT Project Management Consultant to drive digital transformations for clients. You will lead complex IT implementations from design to realisation, combining structure, collaboration and execution power to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage stakeholders across business and IT, set governance, and ensure change lands within client organisations. A strategic, people-focused approach and a track record of delivering results are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of IT project management or consultancy experience in digital transformations.
• Strong governance, project control and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into realistic roadmaps and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects and programmes from initiative phase to handover and assurance.
• Set up governance structures (RACI, decision rhythm, risk steering) for pace and quality.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, deliverables and clear acceptance criteria.
• Choose and apply the right delivery approach (agile, hybrid or structured) per context.
• Direct stakeholders in business, IT and governance; manage escalations professionally.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks and dependencies (portfolio level when needed).
• Ensure change lands: organize communication, guidance and adoption structurally.
• Contribute to further development of Digital Services propositions.
