Job summary

IMPROVEN seeks a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead complex programmes across finance, energy, healthcare and government sectors. You’ll direct teams, engage stakeholders and translate strategy into sustained improvements, while coaching colleagues and seizing commercial opportunities.

You’ll drive cross-functional change, embed process-oriented cultures, and work in a hybrid setup with frequent client-site and office collaboration. Strong Dutch/English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience in process improvement, change management, operations, project management or consultancy.
• Proven experience initiating, leading and delivering complex improvement and transformation programmes.
• Ability to engage project teams, organisations and stakeholders at multiple levels in the change process.
• Knowledge of BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile and PRINCE2; certifications are an advantage.
• Strong ownership, identifying opportunities and driving client growth for IMPROVEN.
• Willingness to challenge existing practices and advise clients with conviction.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation, change and improvement programmes and deliver sustainable results from strategy to implementation.
• Advise management and the board on process improvement and translate ambitions into change programmes.
• Facilitate steering groups and bring stakeholders together at all levels around shared objectives.
• Support organisations in developing a process-oriented culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead organisation-wide improvement initiatives in complex environments (e.g., taxes, utilities).
• Head improvement programmes at network operators on smart meters, connections, faults and asset management.
