Devleaps is seeking a Transformation Lead to guide teams through a new way of working, balancing people, process and technology. You will drive adoption plans, coach engineers, and facilitate workshops to ensure lasting change without sacrificing morale or trust.

You will work closely with client senior stakeholders, helping them separate hype from capability while embedding durable practices and handover plans for long-term success.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams through technology or process change, including AI adoption or platform migration.
• Credibility with engineers on distributed systems, DDD, EDA, modern delivery practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead the change initiative alongside technical delivery to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Be the trusted voice for clients, translating complex concepts into plain language.
• Embed as an anchor in client teams, coaching on new tools and practices while addressing concerns.
• Run workshops and one-on-ones to surface real adoption progress beyond roadmaps.
• Design and enable handover deliverables including team topology and ownership transfer.
• Identify and remove blockers—trust issues, unclear guardrails, fears not tied to tech.
