10+ years in transformation or change management
Experience leading cross-functional programmes with senior sponsors
Proven ability to develop transformation roadmaps and governance
Excellent storytelling with evidence-based narratives
Strong commercial judgment connected to business outcomes
Fluency with product, engineering, data, and technology leaders

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to delivery and measurable outcomes.
Develop roadmaps covering case for change, operating model, sequencing, governance, and benefits.
Establish governance, rhythms, decisions, and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment through structured communication.
Design and implement change-management strategies including adoption and benefits realization.
Translate tech and ops challenges into commercial implications for growth and resilience.
Support post-deal value creation by guiding portfolio leadership through priorities.
Connect transformation priorities with product, data, platforms and operating models.
Build client relationships, contribute to propositions, and mentor colleagues.
