Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Transformation Management, Change Leadership, Strategy Execution, Organisational Development, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Transformation Leadership: translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and lead large-scale cross-functional programmes.
• Change Management & Adoption: design and execute comprehensive change strategies and stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption.
• Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement: facilitate executive discussions and align priorities across functions.
• Programme Delivery & Governance: monitor progress, risks, benefits realisation, and ensure sustainable delivery.
