Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, due diligence, technology strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or engagements, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Strong fundamentals with expertise in product/engineering, software architecture and cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or operating models.
• Significant experience in insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to move between technical detail and business discussions, identifying issues that affect clients and investments.
• Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or high-growth tech is preferred.
• Excellent structured thinking, written communication, and storytelling; ability to create clear narratives.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and commercial mindset with client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex client engagements from initial scoping through delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams through clear communication.
• Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assess technology strategy, product/engineering, architecture, cloud, delivery, data/AI, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications for growth, margins, and value creation.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops connecting analysis to decisions.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to commercial diligence and value-creation initiatives where technology is central.
• Mentor colleagues and help grow the practice within a collaborative environment.
