Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr. Transcreation Manager to lead transcreation and voiceover workstreams for multi-brand clients in a fast-moving, collaborative team.

You will manage briefs, budgets, vendor coordination, and ensure on-brand copy across languages, with a focus on quality and scalable delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in translation/VO leadership, strong client-facing experience, and an interest in AI developments impacting translation and production workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing translation or VO management.
• Deep knowledge of language services workflows and best practice.
• Experience localising marketing campaigns across multiple countries.
• Strong, precise communication and attention to detail.
• Well organised with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Owns transcreation and VO workstreams for multiple markets.
• Receives briefs, defines costs and timings, allocates tasks.
• Manages project budget, status and reporting.
• Maintains relationships with clients, ensuring trust and collaboration.
• Supports and contributes to L&C roadmap for future solutions.
• Admin tasks such as updating trackers and managing POs/invoices.
