This client-facing role requires 8+ years in production, strong post-production skills, and a proven ability to craft creative solutions in advertising and marketing contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years experience as a producer in a creative agency or production environment.
• Strong post-production experience and AI video production processes.
• Extensive Creative, Integrated Marketing, and Advertising experience.
• Aptitude for generating creative production solutions and client-facing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and project management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of AI-first video and optimization projects.
• Oversee multi-discipline teams to ensure quality across deliverables.
• Align production plans with client objectives and marketing needs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk, escalating where needed.
• Develop agile resourcing plans and maintain efficient workflows.
• Architect scalable AI content systems and standardized processes.
