Doghouse Recruitment seeks a Trading Software Engineer for Amsterdam to craft high-performance C++ and Rust systems for low-latency trading connectivity. You will influence market-data processing and risk frameworks, with potential FPGA exploration and a culture of collaboration.

Based in Europe, you should have 5+ years in software engineering, strong C++ experience (Rust a plus), and familiarity with low-latency distributed systems. Hybrid work and relocation sponsorship are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with low-latency, parallel and/or distributed systems.
• Full SDLC experience and Agile/Sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ and Rust code for trading connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system performance improvements.
• Support containerized deployments (Kubernetes) in production environments.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Estimations, and Retrospectives.
