Keyrock seeks a Senior Rust Engineer to join the Capital Markets division. You will design, build, and operate high-performance, low-latency trading systems in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative) and ops.
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python for strategy development and tooling.
• Familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end — from architecture through to production operation.
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace agentic engineering: AI-assisted workflows and automation of tasks.
