Job summary
Stoneridge is seeking a Technical Project Management Leader to oversee the engineering delivery of our camera product portfolio for global programs. You will ensure technical execution, alignment across software, electronics, and mechanical teams, and successful product realization from concept to production.
You will lead architecture discussions, drive engineering decisions, and guide teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions while managing risk and quality across
Qualifications
- Degree in an engineering discipline compatible with systems engineering and hardware/software integration.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, electronics, hardware and mech domains.
- Exposure to automotive development environments and safety standards is required or highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset with structured methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering delivery of camera product programs across global development efforts.
- Coordinate between Engineering, Program & Product Management, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Drive system architecture and technical decision making across disciplines.
- Manage risk, progress, and technical validation activities throughout the lifecycle.
- Coach and develop a team of technical project managers and system engineers.
- Guide evolution of camera platforms and related technologies.
