Job summary
Amgen Breda in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Technical Operator to join our highly automated production team. You will operate, monitor and optimize packaging and labeling lines within a GMP-regulated environment, acting as a technical expert on the line.
You will perform set-ups and change-overs, lead advanced troubleshooting, analyze process data in SAP/MES, and drive CI initiatives. The role requires a strong engineering background, willingness to work in shifts, and a collaborative
Qualifications
- 7+ years in highly regulated automated production environments.
- Experience as SME or trainer.
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP/MES and CI methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment
- Perform set-ups and change-overs
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Identify deviations with quality and maintenance
- Act as SME and contact for escalations
- Analyze process data using SAP/MES
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support, coach and train team members
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production activities
