Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Senior Operator / Delegate Line Lead to support the leadership of a production line in a GMP-regulated environment. You will act as the first operational escalation point on the shop floor, ensuring stable production and compliant execution while coordinating with operators and cross-functional teams.

With 7+ years of regulated production experience and a technical education, you will drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

MBO+ or equivalent technical education is required.
Significant experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Execute production activities according to SOPs and GMP standards.
Act as first point of escalation during operational disturbances.
Support troubleshooting activities and escalation management.
Participate in triage and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
Support daily operational leadership on the production line and coordinate activities during delegated leadership periods.
Help achieve production targets and line performance.
Coordinate workload, prioritise tasks, and maintain clear team communication.
Coach and onboard operators on the line.
Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
