COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead marine engineering projects across design, construction, and delivery. You will ensure alignment with specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with engineering teams, external contractors, and operations.

The role requires a background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with at least five years of experience, familiarity with SOLAS/MARPOL, and strong stakeholder management in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with new-build design, site surveys and system testing.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL).
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical design, construction, and project delivery.
• Develop technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate approvals, inspections, trials, and testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor regulatory and environmental requirements relevant to the project.
• Coordinate modifications and energy/environment initiatives.
• Serve as main contact between contractors, engineering teams and operations.
• Track progress and resolve technical issues with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with external partners and report to stakeholders.
