Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the primary technical and service contact.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot issues, escalating where needed.
• Assist with customer onboarding and training on our product/service.
• Identify opportunities for account growth with sales and other teams.
• Advocate for customer needs to product development and engineering teams.
• Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service delivery and report on performance.
