Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology to join our EMEA & Americas team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology professionals, collaborating with hiring managers across regions and driving sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines.

You will act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, market dynamics and hiring decisions, while delivering high-quality candidate experiences and contributing to regional/global Talent Acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting Technology and IT profiles across multiple locations within EMEA.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing and talent identification.
• Strong interviewing capabilities, including structured and competency-based interviewing.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to interpret recruitment and market data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Technology and IT functions to shape staffing plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to preboarding.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Provide consultative advice to hiring managers and market insights to shape strategies.
• Lead regional/global Talent Acquisition projects with focus on process improvement and data.
