Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Amsterdam, North Holland, is seeking a Regional Support Manager for Northern Europe. You will drive customer success, oversee technical adoption of Axon products, and ensure successful deployment in Public Safety sectors.

This role is remote with travel up to 40%. You will become the technical expert, liaison between customers and delivery partners, and collaborate with sales to support existing customers. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and partners.
• Follow up on all customer requests.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMAs through the adoption lifecycle.
• Coordinate regular calls and travel up to 40%.
