Job summary

Axon is hiring a Deployment Engineer to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products in the region. You will act as the technical expert for deployments, collaborating with customers and partners to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally. Remote work is supported with visits to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English with strong written and verbal skills.

• Solid technical foundation across software, networking, and IT concepts.
• Experience with CRM and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert across the Axon ecosystem for deployments.
• Serve as liaison between Axon, customer, and delivery partners.
• Follow up on all customer requests and tickets.
• Support sales with existing customers and expansions.
• Manage tickets, RMAs, and lifecycle of adoption.
• Coordinate regular calls with customers and drive loyalty.
