Axon Enterprise in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, is seeking a Regional Support Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption for Public Safety and adjacent sectors. You will act as a technical expert, liaise with customers and partners, and manage end-to-end adoption lifecycle while traveling up to 40%.

You’ll lead technical coordination, onboarding, and ongoing support, with a focus on customer loyalty and strategic delivery partnerships.

Competenze

• What You’ll Bring: Fluent Dutch and English; strong customer success focus; proactive and technically capable.
• Experience with enterprise networking, SaaS platforms, identity management and Windows environments.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and obtain work/travel visas as needed.

Mansioni

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem for the region.
• Serve as technical liaison between Axon, customers and delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all customer requests and support existing customers with sales.
• Manage tickets and RMAs through full lifecycle of adoption.
• Coordinate regular calls with customers and drive customer loyalty.
• Install and commission Axon solutions and ensure successful adoption.
