Job summary

Prosus is seeking a Senior IT Security Lead within Corporate IT to guide a four-person engineering team and act as the main technical liaison with our managed service desk and broader service integration. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and collaboration across the group CIO to business units.

You will deliver hands-on technical programmes, navigate ambiguity, and maintain momentum during organizational change while ensuring policy enforcement and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Senior contributor or tech lead with hands-on delivery of security projects.
• Experience balancing security with business needs in a multi-entity IT service environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and confident decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead four engineers and coordinate with service desk partners and wider integration teams.
• Secure and maintain reliable cloud-native infrastructure and identity controls.
• Direct ITSM/ITIL processes and governance across the org.
• Partner with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Drive platform migrations from on-prem to cloud and cross-platform efforts.
