Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Cyber Security/ IT/ Risk Management/ Banking.
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application and platform security.
• Strong ability to connect risk, architecture and developer behaviour.
• Proven track on building and communicating long-term vision.
• Translating cyber security risks to non-experts.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication across groups.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch is preferred.

We are hiring a Senior Cyber Security Strategic Lead capable of raising the technical and strategic bar for DevOps Security and Issue Management teams, acting as manager’s right hand on vision, direction and content.

Responsibilities:

• Define a 3-year DevOps Security & Issue Management vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy and CISO priorities;
• Increase bank wide DevOps Security maturity by 15%;
• Strategic sparring partner alongside the manager able to provide quarterly strategic insights and proposals that influence managerial decisions;
• Raise the technical discussion level within the teams being recognized as a senior technical authority;

Required knowledge and experience

• 10 years of experience in Cyber Security/ IT/ Risk Management/ Banking;
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application and platform security;
• Strong ability to connect risk, architecture and developer behaviour;
• Proven track on building and communicating long‑term vision;
• Translating cyber security risks to non‑experts;
• Ability to influence without formal authority;
• Strong stakeholder management skills - you move easily in a complex stakeholder field, you can communicate clearly to different stakeholder groups;
