Vinted is seeking a Senior TA Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Group & Marketplace or Vinted Pay & VintedGo, partnering with Hiring Managers to shape strategy, source proactively, interview, and extend offers while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

You will drive data-informed hiring decisions, support diversity initiatives, and stay ahead with innovative talent strategies and tools.

Formación

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines using professional networks and recruitment tools.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offers; including senior and highly specialized roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and priorities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Support Specialists to align hiring objectives and mentor team members.
• Provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices, market insights, and stakeholder coaching.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
• Track and report on hiring metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
