Vinted is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑month contract) to attract and hire top talent for our Group & Marketplace or Vinted Pay & VintedGo units. You will implement best practices, partner with hiring managers, and drive a high‑quality candidate experience across multiple teams.

This role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, offers, and building talent pipelines, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.

Formación

• Experience as Sourcer, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship building skills.
• Good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques.
• Excellent English communication with cross‑team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and smooth the interview process.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: posting, sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Build candidate pools via sourcing, job boards, referrals, social media and employer branding.
• Guide interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and evaluation.
• Track and report key hiring metrics while ensuring a positive experience.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvement projects.
• Stay updated on best practices and tools to improve candidate experience.
