Job summary

Vinted Group in Amsterdam is seeking a lead technical architect for VITA, our in-house platform for alerts, on-call routing, incident management, and SLOs. You will own architectural vision and coordinate across engineering teams.

You'll have true product ownership, spend half your time on technical discovery, and shape our roadmap with engineering stakeholders and directors across Vinted. Join a five-engineer Service Ecosystem team in a hybrid setup with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting, building and operating high-scale distributed systems in production.
• Strong product mindset for developer tooling and user-centric engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to explain architectural risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's technical direction and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Own incident management and on-call processes; improve tooling and practices.
• Reduce alert fatigue by consolidating alerts and setting actionable standards.
• Advance practical AI in production; design event pipelines for AI incident agents.
• Define standards for SLOs and alerts across Vinted; track product and process metrics.
