Job summary

Vanderlande Industries in the Netherlands seeks an Integration Manager to own system integration from design to handover, coordinating with Project Managers and engineering leads. You will translate requirements into a working system, define integration strategy, and lead testing and acceptance to ensure a reliable end-to-end solution.

The role requires a Bachelor-level technical or logistics background, familiarity with airport processes, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in a technical or logistics field is required.
• Experience with airport logistics or customer processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes (requirements mgmt, verification & validation, change mgmt).

Responsibilities

• Own system integration from design to handover.
• Translate requirements into a working system design.
• Define integration strategy, testing, and acceptance.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation.
• Lead the test phases and ensure progress.
• Align teams, suppliers, and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Manage supplier delivery through verification and validation.
• Integrate subsystems into existing environments.
• Monitor progress and steer decisions.
• Ensure a stable, ready-for-operations system at handover.
