Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Supply Planning, MRP Controlling or Demand Planning.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills, with experience using SAP MRP.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Confident communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply in line with demand to achieve service level targets and ensure component and fabric availability.
• Monitor and manage back orders, shortages, and supply risks with timely communication.
• Coach & mentor junior planners in best practices.
• Align supply plans with demand forecasts, including new product introductions.
• Own and maintain MRP parameters and master data in SAP.
• Ensure accurate stock visibility, in-transit inventory, and open orders in SAP MRP.
• Replenish and manage inventory within stock budgets.
• Improve MRP processes, routines and controls.
• Provide analysis to the S&OP process with commercial/operational teams.
• Track KPIs like OTIF, stock availability and lead time adherence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with customer service, transport, warehousing, procurement, manufacturing and finance.
• Drive process improvements, automation and data-driven decision-making.
