Job summary

Harman International in Amsterdam seeks a Supply Planning Analyst to coordinate end-to-end planning across EMEA, liaising with the global team in Shenzhen. You will balance inventory with demand, manage safety stock, and support product launches and promotions.

You bring a Master's in a related field and 5+ years in supply planning, plus strong SAP/ECC-HANA and Excel skills. The role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth within Harman University programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in supply planning or a similar analytical role.
Proven ability to balance inventory, supply, and business needs in complex environments.

Responsibilities

End-to-end supply planning for assigned business units to ensure right products at the right time.
Support EMEA compliance analysis and ensure activities meet regional requirements and internal policies.
Act as primary liaison between EMEA Supply Chain and Global SCM in Shenzhen.
Monitor supply gaps, manage safety stock, and prepare for peak periods including NPI, phase-out and LTB.
Monitor supplier risks and identify proactive mitigation actions.
Manage inter-company stock movements between EMEA Central Warehouse and UK Hub.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing and cross-functional partners for product launches and promotions.
Drive continuous supply chain optimization and process improvements.
