Sire Search is seeking a Senior Planner to design and maintain reliable production plans, aligning demand, capacity, and material availability. You will also serve as the ERP/MRP subject matter expert, driving system optimization and data quality initiatives.

This role blends operational planning with strategic improvement projects to impact supply chain performance and organizational growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and timely deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• HBO-level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in production or supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP implementation or optimization and MRP knowledge.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, CSB, Dynamics, Oracle).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; problem-solving and process improvement experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reliable production plans while ensuring optimal alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. Beyond planning, you will serve as the ERP and MRP subject matter expert, driving system optimization, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.

This role combines operational planning responsibilities with tactical and strategic improvement projects, offering the opportunity to significantly influence supply chain performance and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production plans based on capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
• Manage ERP/MRP systems, planning parameters, master data, and system optimization projects.
• Lead technical projects and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.
• Analyze planning KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve delivery performance and process predictability.

Requirements

• HBO-level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or operations planning.
• Experience with ERP implementation or optimization and strong knowledge of MRP and production planning processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, CSB, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process improvement, and good command of Dutch and English. Lean Green Belt or APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
