Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Senior Planner to design and maintain reliable production plans, aligning demand, capacity, and material availability. You will also serve as the ERP/MRP subject matter expert, driving system optimization and data quality initiatives.

This role blends operational planning with strategic improvement projects to impact supply chain performance and organizational growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in production or supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP implementation or optimization and MRP knowledge.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, CSB, Dynamics, Oracle).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; problem-solving and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize production plans based on capacity and demand.
• Manage ERP/MRP systems and master data.
• Lead technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and inventory optimization.
• Analyze planning KPIs and improve delivery performance.
