HR ProjectPartners BV is seeking a Structural Designer to develop and deliver structural design solutions for offshore projects, including FPSO interfaces. You will apply engineering methods and software to produce compliant drawings and calculations.

You will work with engineers, lead designers, and package teams to ensure design intent, timely delivery, and alignment with safety and environmental requirements.

Competenze

• Experience in structural design for offshore or FPSO projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Develop structural design solutions using engineering methods and calculation tools to meet project specs and codes.
• Produce accurate structural drawings and deliverables for clear interpretation by project stakeholders.
• Perform detailed design for structural topsides and FPSO layouts.
• Apply engineering analysis to verify structural design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, other designers, and the lead designer to align on design intent.
• Plan and execute design activities to meet project schedules and manage interfaces.
• Monitor progress and escalate technical issues promptly.
• Understand deliverables' impact on overall schedule and coordinate with disciplines.
• Incorporate lessons learned and assess design changes across system boundaries.
• Provide guidance to other designers and take lead designer responsibilities when required.
• Work with package engineers on interfaces and ensure timely vendor documentation review.
• Apply safety and environmental engineering principles, including Human Factors Engineering.
• Ensure quality standards and timely communications within the scope.
