Riverflex is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation to drive digital and business transformation initiatives for a global client portfolio. You will lead workstreams, build trusted client relationships, and shape data-driven strategies while mentoring junior consultants.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, execution excellence, and ongoing business development in a fast-growing European scale-up environment. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch knowledge is a bonus.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in top-tier consulting, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.
• Master's degree in business, management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1).
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies.
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that help clients apply technology to the business.
• Mentor and guide a team of consultants to foster a high-performance environment.
• Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations.
• Support business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals.

Your role as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget

• Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals
• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation

Who you are

• 4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business
• Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact
• Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts
• Master's degree in business, management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus
• Willing to travel as needed
