Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam, Chicago or NYC is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager to shape and drive strategic initiatives across the company. You will partner with Commercial Strategy, Operations, Finance and Regulatory teams to translate strategy into execution and ensure priorities are delivered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Strategy, Business operations, Corporate Development, Product, Finance or related roles within Tech companies.
• Strategic operator with ability to connect strategy to execution and drive structured, pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Motivated by impact and able to build strong relationships across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects informing decision making through insights and trends.
• Align strategy across functions (Commercial, Operations, etc) within Adyen.
• Design, improve and implement Adyen-wide Strategic Planning, Priorities and Goals.
• Drive business operations rhythm through business reviews at various levels.
• Frame problems clearly and drive pragmatic, timely solutions balancing speed and rigor.
• Create leadership deliverables (narratives, decision docs, board materials) to simplify complexity.
