Our client seeks a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager to shape and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning, and operations and partners with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Compliance teams.

As part of the Global Strategy & Execution team, you will translate strategy into execution, align stakeholders, and define operating rhythms to deliver priorities.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience across Strategy, Business operations, Corporate Development, Product, Finance or related roles within Tech companies.
• Strategic operator with ability to connect dots and dive into detail when necessary.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to draw actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end strategy projects to inform decision making through deep dives and trends analysis.
• Cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Operations and other teams.
• Design and implement company-wide Strategic Planning, Priorities and Goal setting with Strategic Finance.
• Drive business operations rhythm through leadership reviews and structured problem solving.
• Develop leadership narratives and board materials to support swift decisions.
