Job summary

EY-Parthenon Amsterdam is seeking a senior consultant focused on People Strategy to advise clients across the deal lifecycle. You’ll support sell- and buy-side activities, including pre-deal diligence, post-deal integration, and strategy execution in HR topics.

The role involves structuring international projects and delivering high-quality, risk-managed reports. You’ll work within a global team of professionals, leveraging robust financial terminology and cross-cultural collaboration, while

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities in Dutch and English.
• Master’s degree from a Dutch university in Strategy, Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Studies, Econometrics, HRM or similar.
• Experience advising clients on transactions and restructurings, ideally in People topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex HR due diligence, day-one readiness, post-merger integration, carve-outs and post-deal value creation.
• Support planning and implementation of People and HR elements for organizational restructuring programs.
• Address People and HR matters through all stages of acquisition, divestiture and merger (pre- and post-deal).
• Prepare and review reports, project plans, data analyses, and client/executive presentations.
