Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Strategic- & Change Communication to shape how BU Offshore communicates its strategy, priorities and transformation agenda. You will report to the Head of Strategic Projects and translate complex business topics into clear narratives.

In an international setting you will advise senior management and collaborate with peers from consulting backgrounds to support leadership, engagement and change across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in communications, business, organisational development or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic communication, transformation or change management, ideally in a consulting firm or complex international organisation.
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business challenges and translate them into compelling communication.
• Ability to create high-quality communication products, presentations and narratives.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and translating complex topics into clear communication.
• Knowledge of change-management principles and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Passionate about creating a sustainable energy landscape.
• Structured, proactive, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Equally comfortable developing communication strategies and creating the content that brings them to life.
• Strong stakeholder-management in an international environment.
• Committed to deadlines, quality and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on strategic, leadership and change communication, helping translate business priorities into clear communication and engagement activities.
• Develop communication concepts, narratives, presentations and key messages that support BU Offshore's strategy, transformation agenda and leadership priorities.
• Drive and deliver communication for major strategic initiatives, organisational changes and business transformations, applying change-management principles to support successful implementation.
• Facilitate and coordinate key management and employee communication formats, including leadership meetings, town halls, manager cascades, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Produce high-quality communication materials for senior management, including presentations, speeches, articles, briefing documents and management updates.
• Act as a trusted communication partner to stakeholders across BU Offshore, BA Wind and Group Functions, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.
• Lead the strategic planning and coordination of BA Wind's participation in major wind industry fairs, connecting communication, stakeholder engagement and business objectives.
