Vattenfall seeks a Senior Development Manager Transport & Installation Engineering to support offshore wind projects in development. You will lead Transport & Installation concepts, manage budgets, and drive interfaces with stakeholders to ensure cost-efficient solutions.

Your role spans development and potentially execution projects, requiring deep technical know-how, strong coordination, and a proactive, collaborative mindset within a global team.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in offshore Transport and Installation.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive Transport & Installation concepts across installation packages.
Develop T&I setup for development projects with CAPEX budgeting and documentation.
Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to ensure cost effective project execution.
Engage with suppliers to improve methodologies and project pipelines.
