Qualifications
- 7+ years in Learning & Development or related field, ideally international.
- Proven experience shaping learning strategies and scalable global programs.
- Experience in onboarding, future skills, talent and leadership development.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Shape the vision and roadmap for global learning priorities including onboarding and future skills.
- Define and evolve onboarding strategy to accelerate productivity from day one.
- Translate business priorities into scalable learning strategies and solutions.
- Drive learning in the flow of work using AI and digital tools.
- Develop future-focused learning initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and improve impact.
