4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine AI-generated document workflows and templates for professional tasks.
Develop and maintain onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines.
Create engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills rubrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
Ensure high-quality document, spreadsheet, and slide outputs across core workflows.
