Qualifications

• Leadership experience at director level or senior strategic level within enterprise software.
• ,
• Communication of complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder interviews and trusted relationships with customers, analysts, and sales leaders.
• Project management across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, cloud strategies, or SaaS.
• Sales-facing track record in supply chain contexts with governance exposure.
• Knowledge of GTM processes and value selling in enterprise software.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred for Netherlands engagement.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Advance regional and global CoP goals to support local technical sales and account teams.
• Accelerate complex sales pursuits by creating reusable assets and coaching field resources.
• Maintain deep understanding of GTM messaging and regional enablement strategies.
• Establish and maintain partnerships across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Oversee development of digital enablement pages and interactive community initiatives.
• Promote the CoP value proposition internally and externally.
• Collaborate with global teams to deploy architectural and business-value expertise.
