Regional Community Practice Lead – Data & GTM (Europe)

Job summary

Informatica, a Salesforce Company, Amsterdam hub, seeks a Community Practice Leader to scale technical sales expertise and drive regional and European GTM outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional alliances, enable field resources, and shape platform engagement. English fluency is mandatory; Dutch is highly preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected to engage regional clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience within enterprise software companies, managing multiple complex workstreams in a consultative sales context.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts and data architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews and building trusted relationships between customers, prospects, analysts, sales leaders and R&D.
• Strong experience managing initiatives across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, cloud strategies, SaaS, middleware (PaaS), or business analytics.
• Proven background in supply chain with hands-on MDM/governance exposure and a sales-facing track record.
• Prior knowledge of Informatica technologies and Salesforce/MuleSoft architectures is highly preferred.
• Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, value-realization frameworks, and GTM processes.
• English fluency is mandatory; Dutch proficiency preferred to work with Netherlands clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, regional focus with occasional global travel.

• Support Strategic Commercial Opportunities by coaching field resources and engaging as a trusted advisor with Dutch and European enterprise customers.
• Master GTM Execution with localized market drivers and enablement strategies to boost CoP impact.
• Foster Cross-Functional Alliances across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with clear project accountability.
• Drive Platform Engagement by overseeing digital enablement pages and interactive community initiatives.
• Champion the CoP Mission and communicate its value within the local tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate Globally with Industry Advisor teams and international sales leaders to share architectural and business-value expertise.
