Shockbyte in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Software Developer to be a core contributor on our product. You’ll work with our local product and engineering director to ship end-to-end features and provide architectural guidance.

You’ll touch NestJS, VueJS, Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and SQL across a hybrid work model with 3 days in the Eindhoven office, collaborating with a global team of gamers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong full stack skills with secure, scalable, fast systems in mind.
• Comfort with AI tools and evaluating where they help or don’t.
• Ability to spot problems, talk to stakeholders, and build the right thing.

Responsibilities

• Drive updates to core products as a senior engineer with architecture input.
• Review code, ship features, and guide the team on technical decisions.
• Experiment with AI tools and share learnings with the team.
• Maintain clear documentation and unblock colleagues in Eindhoven office.
