You’ll handle tickets covering technical troubleshooting, billing, cancellations, and general enquiries, acting as the bridge between users and our tech team to get everyone back in the game quickly. Work remotely part-time with an on-site touch in Eindhoven, with development budget and team events to level up.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing technical support.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of game server hosting and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer tickets across technical, billing, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot server problems and assist with mod/plugin installs.
