Doghouse Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a Utrecht-based SaaS company delivering B2B E-Learning performance reviews. You’ll join an international team of 12, own features from design to production, and deploy to GCP.

The role spans backend in Node.js/TypeScript, frontend in React, and end-to-end ownership in a startup-like environment with GitLab CI/CD. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong backend focus with solid Node.js and TypeScript skills.
• Comfortable owning features from design to production.
• Based in the Netherlands.
• Available hybrid (3 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across the stack.
• Build backend in Node.js/TypeScript and frontend in React.
• Deploy to GCP and run in production using CI/CD.
