Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Strategy Director to shape and lead the overarching social media vision, turning client business goals into data-driven, social-first strategies. You will oversee content, mentor teams, analyze performance metrics and stay ahead of platform trends to drive engagement and measurable results across TikTok and Instagram.

This is a highly cross-collaborative role reporting to the Head of Strategy, working with Client Leads and the Data & Insights team to translate objectives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior strategy role at a social, creative or media agency.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to design social strategies rooted in data, culture and platform behaviour.
• Track record of delivering frameworks that steer creative, creator and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for client brands on social.
• Translate business goals and market context into social-first strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with the data and insights team to turn category, audience and platform intelligence into strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Client Leads to gather input and consolidate into one unified plan for content, community, and commerce teams to execute.
• Create strategic frameworks and briefs that make activation smarter and execution clearer.
• Build campaign concepts designed to scale into 360 activations when relevant.
• Define KPIs, measurement plans and attribution logic that prove brand and business impact.
